We are looking for a HR Coordinator to support the HR Lifecycle Team with HR administrative compliance-related tasks. You will be able to work autonomously and efficiently, have a high service-orientation mindset and should feel comfortable working in a demanding, fast-paced and international working environment. Our success is based on our ability to always challenge ourselves and our way to work in order to provide a more efficient service to our client, and you will be an active part in identifying process improvements and creating innovative solutions. This role is a great opportunity to develop a career in the HR Shared Services sector with a global leader.

--Point of contact for employees regarding administrative HR compliance-related tasks such as : Sick leave, Maternity leave and paternity leave, Part time agreement...

--Proactively review HR administration processes and suggest improvements

--Employee representatives meeting coordination :
- Organization of Staff delegates monthly meetings and assistance to HR director
- Organization of quarterly health and safety committee meetings and assistance to HR
Director
- Coordination of annual report for health and safety committee : \\\" Document unique \\\"

--HR project management :
- in charge of annual projects and reports, such as \\\"Bilan Social\\\", \\\"Taxe d'apprentissage\\\", \\\"Participation et Intéressement\\\" - profit sharing and incentive scheme

- Proven experience as an HR coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative position in France

- Bachelor degree in Human Resources

- Experience working in a fast paced multinational company desirable

- Knowledge of the collective bargaining agreement SYNTEC is an asset

- Great communicator, with experience of dealing with a variety of audiences at all organisational levels

- Ability to manage a demanding client base, re-prioritising regularly to meet specific requirements
